NuORDER by Lightspeed appoints retail veteran Chris Akrimi as Head of Revenue

NuORDER by Lightspeed, a B2B commerce platform powering wholesale buying and selling, has today announced the appointment of Chris Akrimi as Head of Revenue for Lightspeed B2B / NuORDER.

Akrimi most recently held the role of CEO at The Layer, a technology company transforming commerce data through artificial intelligence (AI), where he focused on positioning the company at the forefront of AI-driven product data management.

Prior to this, he was the global Chief Revenue Officer at Joor from October 2019 to October 2023. Akrimi has also held executive leadership positions at Eastpak, where he was Chief Commercial Officer, Scotch & Soda, where he was Senior Vice President Sales, and Ralph Lauren, where he was Sales Director.
