Giants rule out Singletary, put Thibodeaux on IR
The Giants ruled out Devin Singletary and Jamie Gillan for Sunday’s game against the Bengals, while Kayvon Thibodeaux was put on IR after having wrist surgery this week. The team signed veteran Matt Haack to punt against Cincinnati.
