Temperley London has opened the doors to a new flagship store in one of London’s most upscale retail destinations, Sloane Street.
The new store is infused with British designer Alice Temperley’s signature bohemian romantic style with stand-out features including peacock painted walls, leopard print seating and a mirrored vintage bar with pink velvet stools.
This provides the perfect for Temperley’s creations which major on occasion and bridalwear with shimmering beads and sequins and delicate embroidery. The designer’s homewares are also showcased in the space.
The ground floor is focused on ready-to-wear and accessories, with the leopard velvet seating areas, Romo wall coverings and drapes, chandeliers and beautiful rugs.
On the lower ground floor shoppers can sit at the vintage bar and sip on Champagne or brandy created by Temperley’s family cider brand at their home in Somerset.
Bridal appointments are available, as are bespoke tailoring services, personal and virtual shopping.
The opening of the store follows the acquisition of the brand, founded by Temperley in 2000, by Dubai based investor Time Square Group and its investment arm Luxutte Capital in 2023. At the time the new investor promised a new flagship was on the cards along with an expansion of the brand into new categories, such as bags, shoes, ready-to-wear, accessories, and swimwear.
