Ahead of key Cards game, Jets switch kickers

The Jets have turned to their third kicker in the past three games, releasing Riley Patterson after one game and signing Anders Carlson to the practice squad on Friday, with the expectation he will be their kicker Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.
